Joann provides professional real estate services in the Mahoning Valley and Northeast Ohio, spanning her services in over 6 counties. Joann is mostly known by two very familiar nicknames, “JoJo” and “Jo”. These nicknames were given to her by her beloved grandfather and have stuck with her all through her adulthood. Feel free to call her Joann, JoJo or Jo.

JoJo’s passion for helping clients on their buying and selling journey shows through her work. She is dedicated to each and every client she serves and provides them with the utmost Real Estate guidance. To prove her dedication in Real Estate, JoJo was a recipient of the Ohio REALTORS 2021 President's Sales Club award, which just over 10 percent of Ohio’s real estate professionals have attained. JoJo has also received the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification, giving her clients the upper-hand when it comes to negotiating.
